Summary

We are looking to appoint 2 Business Support Officers to provide administrative support to the services within the Town Hall.

You will need to be able to work well in a busy environment, be a good communicator and be a good problem solver.

The role includes assisting in the efficient and customer-focused operation of the Town Hall’s reception area, dealing with and acting on enquiries and complaints.

Applicants must also be able to handle a variety of clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying and message handling. You must also have a sound knowledge of IT systems and a good standard of numeracy and literacy in order to draft letters and calculate invoices.
