About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineering Contractor with a strong mechanical focus to join our team in Redditch. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-moving, high-volume manufacturing environment, ensuring machinery and equipment run at peak performance.

Key Responsibilities
* Perform mechanical maintenance, repair, and servicing of production machinery and equipment.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical faults quickly to minimize downtime.
* Carry out preventive maintenance and ensure compliance with safety standards.
* Work collaboratively with the engineering team to support continuous improvement initiatives.
* Respond promptly to breakdowns in a fast-paced shop floor environment.

Requirements
* Proven experience in mechanical maintenance engineering within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
* Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
* Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Relevant qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
