Summary

Role Overview
As our Receptionist/Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for customers. You will handle bookings, phone enquiries, and general admin tasks to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the garage.

Key Responsibilities
• Greeting customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Managing incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries
• Booking MOTs, services, and repairs into the diary system
• Processing invoices and taking payments
• Ordering parts and managing stock
• General administrative support

Skills & Experience Required
• Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role (garage or automotive experience is an advantage)
• Strong communication skills and a friendly manner
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
• Confidence using computers and booking systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
