- Observing and assessing children's progress, maintaining accurate records, and sharing insights with parents and colleagues

- Assisting with daily routines such as mealtimes, nappy changes, and rest periods, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and safety are maintained
- Supporting children's emotional and physical well-being, offering comfort and guidance when needed
- Contributing to the overall organisation and cleanliness of the nursery, ensuring a welcoming and inviting space for children and their families
