We are looking for a dynamic individual with excellent communication, organisational and secretarial skills to support the administration function for the Early Intervention in Psychosis Teams in North Warwickshire, South Warwickshire and Coventry with the planning and organising of our carer focused education support group.
This is a unique and bespoke post designed to support the admin function in enabling the Early Intervention Teams to deliver specific interventions. These interventions are required as part of the 2016 NHS England Access and Waiting Time Standard.
This role will be an equally split post between all localities and based at the Manor Site in Nuneaton. The role can be undertaken from home if the applicant prefers, and the hours can be negotiated to be flexible within the services core operational hours of 9-5pm Monday to Friday.
Ensuring the databases are kept up to date with carers details, data cleansing regarding KPI's (key performance indicators), general database management and the upkeep and organisation of the shared X drive with carers information.
The successful candidate willprovide an efficientand comprehensive administration service and secretarialsupport to clinicians and managers supporting the clinic management function. We are looking for individuals with a positive approach to change who are supportive of service improvements.
The successful candidate will be educated to GCSE level with an administration NVQ or QCF or equivalent experience. Excellent IT skills are essential, excel experience and a high level of competence is a priority with experience of Word Processing, email and audio typing. Previous experience of working within a health care setting would be desirable.

Carer Focused support is one of the key performance indicators in Early Intervention, therefore this role supports this target with the completion of dedicated and specific tasks includingliaison with team managers and clinicians, using a database of information to send out invite letters to family members/carers as identified within the teams. Liaison with group participants who express an interest in attending the groups and sending out any necessary information including links to the group via zoom.
