Production Operative (Manufacturing) - Exeter

Exeter | £16.39 per hour starting rate | Friday-Monday | Immediate starts available | Ongoing contract

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a Production Operative to join a leading company in Exeter. The role would generally suit someone with a manufacturing or production background, however all backgrounds will be considered as full training can be provided for the right individual.

Key Duties
  • Work 6am to 2pm on Monday and Friday.

  • Work 6am to 6pm on Saturday and Sunday.

  • Carry out manufacturing and production tasks as required.

  • Maintain attention to detail and ensure quality standards are met.

  • Follow health and safety procedures at all times.

Requirements
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment.

  • Good attention to detail and quality focus.

  • Good level of English (reading, writing, and spoken).

  • Flexibility and reliability.

  • Ability to work as part of a team.

  • Awareness of health and safety.

What We Offer
  • Starting hourly rate of £16.39.

  • 38 hours worked over a 4-day weekend.
