Duties

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service.
- Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Serve dishes to customers, ensuring presentation meets the standards.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a similar role within a restaurant or catering environment.
Strong culinary skills with knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in hygiene.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen setting.
