Transfer Station Plant Operative – £13.80 per hourLocation: BlackpoolHours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30 (30-minute lunch)Job Type: Temporary (overtime may be available)The Role:We’re seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Transfer Station Plant Operative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating mobile plant and ensuring the safe, efficient running of site operations.Key Responsibilities:Operate mobile plant equipment, including routine cleaning and maintenanceManage site traffic, including guiding tipping vehiclesOperate the weighbridge and record vehicle weights/details accuratelyMaintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental policiesWork in line with site permits, legislation, and company proceduresProvide excellent customer service when liaising with customers and the publicCarry out additional duties as reasonably requested within the roleRequirements:Operational experience and valid licences for Loading ShovelPrevious experience in waste, recycling, or a similar process environment (advantageous)Strong knowledge and commitment to Health & Safety standardsGood communication and customer service skillsBasic IT skills desirablePay & Benefits:£13.80 per hour, £20.07 after 45 hoursMonday to Friday working hoursOvertime opportunities may be availableWeekly payASAP start.To apply, please visit workchain.co.uk and complete the online application form or call on 01204924385
