About the RoleWe are recruiting Support Workers and Team Leaders to join our dedicated team in children’s residential homes across Northamptonshire.You’ll be supporting teenagers with learning disabilities, including some who are non-verbal, helping them to develop independence, confidence, and life skills within a safe and nurturing environment.These are straight permanent opportunities — ideal for caring, reliable people who want to make a real difference.????? What You’ll Be DoingSupporting young people with daily routines, personal care, and social activitiesEncouraging communication, independence, and positive behaviourWorking within a small, supportive team to maintain a stable home environmentFollowing individual care plans and safeguarding policiesCompleting basic daily records and reports?? RequirementsPrevious experience in care or residential work is ideal but not essentialLevel 2 Diploma in Children and Young People (or equivalent) is advantageous but not requiredFull training will be provided for the right candidatesOwn transport is recommended due to unsociable finish times (21:30)??
