Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketers to join our clients dynamic team. The ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our products and services, and booking appointments.
Duties
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products and services.
Effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings to generate interest and secure appointments.
Maintain accurate records of calls made and customer interactions using a crm software.
Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and previous customer interactions.
Achieve daily and weekly targets for calls made and appointments set.
Experience
Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not essential; we welcome candidates eager to learn.
Proficiency in using software applications, , for tracking customer interactions is advantageous.
Strong verbal communication skills in English;
Ability to engage customers effectively over the phone and build rapport quickly.
A self-motivated individual with a positive attitude towards achieving sales goals.
Our client is looking for 4 news starters working via Elite Personnel first for 12 weeks -then if successful it will be a permanent role.
Hours
Monday – Thursday – 8.30am – 4.30pm (10 minutes break at 11.00am, 45 minutes lunch at 1.00pm and 10 minutes break at 3.30pm – all breaks unpaid)
Friday – 8.30am – 3.35pm (10 minutes break at 11.00am and 30 minutes lunch at 12.30pm – all breaks unpaid)
Benefits
All agents can earn a performance-based bonus depending on KPI’s (which vary on each campaign). But they can anything from £50 - £160 per month and incentive on repeat business from a client too.
Everyone is entitled to company incentives which are cash prizes, vouchers etc.
Weekly pay via Elite Personnel.
Pension.
On-site with occasional travel to customer or supplier locations (if required).
