Van Driver – Upper Heyford Area£13.00 per hour | 5 out of 7 days | Temporary to Permanent | Immediate StartsA well-established delivery company based in Upper Heyford is currently recruiting Van Drivers to join their busy logistics team. This role involves delivering furniture, electrical goods, and kitchen appliances directly to customers’ homes as part of a two-person crew.We are looking for reliable, hard-working individuals with a strong work ethic and good customer service skills. The position is physically demanding, so applicants must be comfortable with heavy lifting and manual handling throughout the day.Role Overview:Delivering household furniture, kitchen appliances, and electrical items to residential addresses.Working as part of a two-person delivery team, ensuring all goods are handled carefully and installed where required.Starting from the Upper Heyford depot each morning at 6:00am.Working 5 days out of 7, including some weekends, with shifts typically lasting 12+ hours.Completing delivery paperwork accurately and maintaining a professional approach with customers.Reporting any issues, damages, or delivery discrepancies promptly to the transport office.Candidate Requirements:Must hold a full UK driving licence (maximum of 6 penalty points; no DR, DD, or IN convictions).Previous experience in multi-drop or two-person home delivery is highly desirable.Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving heavy items safely and efficiently.Excellent communication and customer service skills.A professional and reliable attitude, with a focus on punctuality and teamwork.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.What’s on Offer:£13.00 per hour with weekly pay.Temporary to permanent opportunity for the right candidates.Supportive team environment with ongoing training.Consistent, full-time work with immediate starts available.This is an excellent opportunity for drivers looking to join a growing company with a focus on quality service and customer satisfaction.To apply, please send your CV or contact our recruitment team for more information.
