Job Title: Warehouse Operative Location: BasildonType: PermanentIndustry: LogisticsSalary: £27,000kpa + excellent company benefitsWorkchain is currently seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our client in Basildon on a permanent basis.Reporting to the Warehouse Manager and Warehouse Supervisor, this is an exciting time to be joining our client with a busy working environment and business growth plans throughout 2025.Immediate interviews and starts are available.The role will be working on a Monday to Friday basis, 6.00am to 2.30 week 1, 11.30am to 8.00pm week 2 rotating. Key Responsibilities:· Following all warehouse procedures in line with company guidelines· Ensure vehicles are loaded and unloaded in time for deliveries· Report and shortages or damages to the warehouse supervisor· Booking freight in and out for despatch· Maintain a clean and tidy warehouse operation· Work as part of a busy warehouse and operations team· GroupageKey Experience and Qualifications:Hold a current Counterbalance FLT Licence, have an experience of warehouse order picking, packing, operations, loading and unloading and work history due to referencing and CAA (aviation security checks).The role will be working on a Monday to Friday basis, 6.00am to 2.30 week 1, 11.30am to 8.00pm week 2 rotating.
