Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Senior Care Assistants to join our team.
In this role, you will play a vital part in providing high-quality care to our clients in their home setting.
You will be responsible for supervising staff, implementing care plans, and ensuring that the needs of our clients are met with dignity and respect.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both clients and team members are essential.
Responsibilities
Supervise and support junior staff members in delivering exceptional care to clients
Develop, implement, and review individual care plans tailored to each client’s needs.
Assist client's with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
Maintain accurate records of clients’ progress and any changes in their health status.
Communicate effectively with client's, families, and healthcare professionals regarding care needs and updates.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations .
Requirements
Previous experience in senior care or a similar role with transferable skills is highly desirable.
Strong supervisory skills with a proven ability to lead a team effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and their families compassionately.
Familiarity with developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs.
Basic IT skills for maintaining records and documentation efficiently.
A genuine passion for providing high-quality care to seniors is essential.
A valid driving licence is essential.
