The hours of work and shift patterns are: 08.00 - 16.00 OR 09.00 - 17.00
The rate of pay is: £14.61 per hour moving to £15.77 when fully trained.

Main Responsibilities:

This is a Food Technical Compliance role which will collaborate with Operations, Process and NPD teams to ensure timely and accurate documentation and equipment setup for product trials and launches.

Develop and maintain product specifications, including ingredients, mini specs, QAS standards, visual guidelines, and quality contracts. Ensure updates are accurately reflected following agreed changes.

Programming and maintenance of Factory equipment to ensure correct product data is set e.g. ACS programs are correct, Bartender / FOPs label set-up, check-weigh set up

Export traceability management – Manage export documentation requests, verify accuracy, and ensure traceability data is correctly uploaded to the export portal.

Provide occasional phone support outside standard working hours as needed.
Provide coverage for Product Technologist duties during holidays and absences to ensure continuity of operations.

Ideal Candidate:

Use of Excel and Power point at intermediate level
Knowledge of Site product portfolio and manufacturing processes
Understanding of relevant Food law and food technology
SAP competent
Written and spoken English to a level sufficient to communicate effectively with all staff levels at Site and visitors.
