Summary

Overview:

We are seeking a Learning Manager to support student attainment and development through strategic interventions, monitoring, and mentoring. You will work closely with students, staff, and external stakeholders to improve academic performance, behaviour, and engagement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, or related field

Relevant experience in student support, learning management, or education

Required Skills:

Student support & mentoring

Behaviour & attendance monitoring

Data analysis & performance tracking

Leadership & team management

Communication & interpersonal skills

Strategic planning & organisational skills

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and support students academically and behaviourally

Implement interventions to maximise attainment

Collaborate with staff, parents, and external agencies

Analyse data to identify gaps and improve outcomes

Lead initiatives and support school-wide learning strategies

Contract: Full-time, 37 hrs/week, Term Time + 15 days
