Summary
Tiger Cubs Day Nursery are looking for a Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our team, the successful applicant will be a motivated and enthusiastic individual with the ability to use their own initiative working 35 hours per week, across a rota, 40.6 weeks per year.
The main duties of the role include:
• Ensuring the children are cared for in a happy, safe and stimulating environment.
• Working in partnership with parents and also fellow colleagues.
• Maintaining child development and observation records.
• Following and implementing all policies and procedures set out by the nursery.
• Ensuring the key person approach is fully instilled in everyday practice.

Applicants will need to demonstrate some recent experience in a childcare setting which can be referenced and able to demonstrate their knowledge of the developmental and learning needs of young children. You will also need to be a positive role-model to colleagues, students and visitors to the nursery.
