Summary
We are looking for:
• a kind and caring individual to join our team
• you will have a relevant level 3 or above childcare qualification
• experience of working within a childcare setting
• you will also be committed to maintaining the highest standards in childcare and education, take a keen interest in every child's progress and ensure that the planning is interesting and exciting for the children who attend the setting.
Our setting offers:
• open Monday to Friday, Term time
• a successful breakfast club (07.45 - 09.15) and after school club (15.15 to 18.00), both Monday to Friday
• we offer a competitive salary, an enhanced sick pay scheme, and an additional days holiday for your birthday.
Duties and responsibilities:
• working under the supervision of our Pre-School manager to provide the highest quality early years provision for children of pre-school age
• To be a proactive and positive room leader to a team of staff
• providing outstanding standards of childcare and education by providing a safe, caring and stimulating environment to enable the emotional, social and educational development of children, through individual attention and group activities
• use a range of tools to monitor and review activities and individual children's progress continuously.
