Summary
1. Act as the key advocate of digital solutions within clinical settings within the 0-19 Public Health Pathways. 2. Act as a key liaison between clinical and non-clinical staff in respect to the development and implementation of clinical /digital IT systems/technological solutions, providing specialist clinical advice on nursing and patient care issues related to the project. 3. To promote awareness/engagement of digital/technological T systems, via a number of different forums including, but not limited to, Associate General Manager, 0-19 Neighbourhood Leads meetings. 4. To undertake regular engagement sessions within the clinical areas across the service, to support the implementation of new system/process. 5. Support staff in adopting new ways of working. 6. Work with the senior members of the 0-19 service, Children Looked After and external partners to prepare implement and evaluate transition plans, testing and rehearsal schedules during any implementation, upgrade, enhancement and re-procurement of the Trusts clinical IT system for the 0-19 service. 7. Support the 0-19 workforce use of clinical IT/digital technological systems, maximising quality and efficiency, ensuring staff are aware and promote the adoption of IT enabled ways of working. 8. To work as a clinical practitioner within professional area 9. Work with training partners and other stakeholders to plan, develop test and sign off 0-19 service training plans. 10. Contribute to the development of operational procedures in the use of clinical IT systems for health visiting and school health service. 11.
