Hays Education is looking for adaptable, enthusiastic TAs to support classrooms across our partner schools in Rotherham.
What You'll Do:
- Provide tailored support to pupils across KS1 and KS2
- Assist teachers with lesson delivery, classroom management, and resource prep
- Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment
- Support children's academic, social, and emotional development
- Step in confidently across different year groups and school settings
What We're Looking For:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience working in primary education, ideally across KS1 and KS2
- A flexible, proactive, and nurturing approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for helping children reach their full potential
