About the Role
KPI Recruiting are looking for hardworking and reliable Production Operatives to join our client’s busy manufacturing site in the WN4 area. This is an ongoing role with regular night shifts in a fast-paced production environment.
You will be working in a modern factory setting, supporting packing, machine operation, and general production duties.
Key Responsibilities
• Working in the production area on an allocated packing station or assigned machine
• Setting, running, and monitoring production machinery
• Loading products into machines following required measurements
• Operating semi-automatic and fully automatic filling and packing equipment
• Ensuring efficiency on the factory floor to minimise downtime
• Recording information on paperwork and warehouse systems
• Following company compliance and contributing to continuous improvement
• Sewing machinists (if assigned): stitching duvets, pillows, fire labels, and brand labels; working from a bench and passing completed work to packing teams
