Summary
We are looking to add Relief Support Workers to our team in Sunderland. Position Overview: The role involves enabling service users to become as independent as possible and to grow in confidence, competence and personal effectiveness. This includes areas such as social skills and relationships, personal care and hygiene, daily living and participating in the community. You will support service users in maintaining the safety, security and comfort of their homes. You will also assist them in claiming their full benefit entitlement, budgeting and managing their personal finances.
