Laboratory Management and Material Stocks:
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels of reagents, consumables, and laboratory materials to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
• Organise and manage laboratory resources, equipment, and supplies in line with GMP requirements.
• Assist with procurement and proper storage of materials, ensuring labelling and documentation meet regulatory standards.
Data Integrity, Documentation, and Administrative Support:
• Accurately record experimental data and results in compliance with GMP documentation requirements.
• Contribute to the preparation of detailed reports, batch records, and other quality assurance documentation.
• Support administrative tasks, including maintaining lab records, tracking work progress, and coordinating QC workflows.
Quality Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:
• Work collaboratively with the QC team to ensure adherence to GMP standards and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in investigations and resolutions of quality-related issues, deviations, and non-conformances.
• Support internal and external audits by ensuring documentation, procedures, and laboratory practices are compliant with regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
1. Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a related science.
2. Experience:
• This is an entry-level position; no prior professional experience is required.
• Familiarity with GMP principles and practices is advantageous.
• Experience with lab practices is advantageous.
• Experience with stock management is advantageous.
3. Technical Skills:
• Basic understanding of wet chemistry principles and analytical techniques.
