Summary

This hybrid role offers a great balance of home and office working. You’ll join your colleagues in our London office at least 3 days a week.

As the UK’s largest fibre-only network, and its only proven wholesale challenger, we’re busy setting new standards for what digital infrastructure can and should be.

Designed from scratch for the internet, our network is greener, more reliable and ready for the future. The products we provide over it not only lead the market on speed, value and service, they help businesses to innovate, provide entire communities with a better foundation for their digital lives and support economic growth, locally and nationally.

What does that mean for you? The opportunity to make internet connections (and daily life) a whole lot better, for a lot of people!

Joining us as a Product Manager – Business, Government and Mobile

You will drive the execution of CityFibre’s BGM product strategy, managing the full product lifecycle for Dark Fibre and Ethernet services to ensure the roadmap and propositions deliver on the company’s business objectives.

You’ll receive a competitive salary, a car allowance, a performance related bonus, and a range of benefits to support you across your financial, physical and mental wellbeing.

This is some of what you can expect to be doing:

Define and execute the product roadmap, ensuring stakeholder alignment and delivering new products or value-added services to meet customer and financial goals
Develop and articulate product requirements, business cases, and pricing strategies, while monitoring market trends and competitor activity
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders (e.g., Ofcom, Openreach) to resolve product issues, manage supplier performance, and maintain compelling commercial terms
Track and report key performance metrics, attend industry forums, and share insights to support continuous product improvement and strategic decision-making
What you’ll bring to the role

Extensive product management expertise, with proven success in defining, launching, and retiring products; ideally with B2B2B wholesale telecoms experience. You’ll also have:

Strong knowledge of data connectivity products, especially Ethernet, and a solid understanding of UK ISP market dynamics and emerging telecom trends
Experience collaborating with agile development teams
Familiar with methodologies like Kanban and tools such as Salesforce, JIRA, and Trello
Commercial and strategic acumen, understanding customer requirements and market drivers to deliver competitive wholesale telecom solutions
