About the Role:
Work within Cheshire East’s Family Hubs, supporting children aged 0–19 (or up to 25 for young people with SEND).
Support families to receive timely and appropriate information tailored to their needs.
Collaborate with Family Hub teams to provide high-quality, integrated support services.
Contribute to the transformation of services following a recent redesign aimed at improving outcomes for families.
Gain hands-on experience in family support services while completing a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship.
Develop skills in communication, organisation, and customer service within a public service setting.
Receive mentoring and on-the-job training from experienced professionals in family and community services.

Passionate about supporting children, young people, and families.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
Organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
