Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles to manufacturer standards.
Lead and supervise the workshop team, ensuring efficient workflow and quality control.
Perform advanced mechanical and electrical fault-finding.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
Liaise with customers and provide expert advice when required.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Qualification:
Level 3 NVQ in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent.
Experience:
At least 15 years in a mechanical role, with proven expertise in diagnostics and repairs.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.
