What You’ll Be Doing:
• Supporting teaching and learning in either Year 5 or Year 6
• Leading small group work in literacy and numeracy
• Supporting pupils through SATs prep (Year 6) or deepening subject knowledge (Year 5)
• Helping with classroom routines and behaviour management
• Providing feedback on pupil progress and development
• Collaborating with teaching staff to deliver engaging lessons
