Respond swiftly to changes and challenges — adapting plans when needed
Keep digital records updated and accurate
Work closely with the care management team to ensure smooth, person-centred service delivery

You’ll need:

Experience using rota systems such as Deputy or Access
At least 1 years senior experience in the care sector
Brilliant organisational and multitasking skills
A calm and resilient mindset – especially under pressure
Excellent digital, written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
A full UK driving licence
