As a Chef de Partie with ISS UK, you will play a vital role in delivering a world-class culinary experience, ensuring consistency, quality, and creativity for our customers and colleagues.

The Role

Deliver high-quality dishes within your designated section, maintaining outstanding standards at all times

Prepare, cook, and present food in line with company specifications and menu requirements

Maintain excellent kitchen organisation, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and proper food storage

Assist with menu development, contributing ideas and supporting innovation

Ensure compliance with all Food Safety, Health & Safety, and hygiene regulations

Report any equipment issues, hazards, or incidents to the Head Chef or Kitchen Manager

About You

Passionate about food with strong culinary skills and experience in a similar role

Reliable, hardworking, and dedicated to producing high-quality dishes

A team player with a positive, professional attitude

Able to communicate clearly and work effectively with colleagues across the kitchen

Strong attention to detail, ensuring consistency, presentation, and exceptional standards
