Job Advert – Plumber (1 Position)
Location: Winchester – Cricket Pavilion Project
Start Date: 1st December
Duration: Approx. 3 Months
Hours: 08:00 – 16:30 (30-minute unpaid lunch)
Rate: £NEG (dependent on experience)
We are currently seeking an experienced Plumber to join a project at a newly developed cricket pavilion in Winchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out both 1st and 2nd fix plumbing works, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard and in line with site requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out all aspects of 1st and 2nd fix plumbing
• Work effectively as part of the on-site team
• Maintain high levels of workmanship and adhere to project timelines
• Follow all health & safety procedures on site
Requirements:
• CSCS Blue Card (essential)
• Proven experience in similar plumbing roles
• Ability to work independently and professionally
• Strong understanding of site safety and compliance
PPE Required:
• Standard PPE including Hi-Vis
