Summary
The role requires an enhanced level of service that goes beyond standard street and grounds maintenance delivery, ensuring our public spaces look their best for residents, visitors, and businesses.
You’ll take on a variety of tasks, including horticulture and landscaping, hedge cutting, strimming, weed clearance, graffiti removal, litter picking, bin emptying, fly-tip clearance, minor repairs to street furniture, and pressure washing of Council-owned assets such as benches and bins.
Working as part of a small, dedicated team on a set shift pattern, you’ll be based at the street scene depot in Skegness, working to maintain parks, open spaces, and public buildings—making a real difference to the local environment and community.
We are looking for someone with previous experience in a similar role. Driving licence is essential as you will be required to drive council vehicles.
