Our client, a leading accident repair group in the UK, is actively seeking a skilled ATA Paint Sprayer to join their team in Littlehampton. Duties include:

- Undertake inspections of damaged vehicles and assess repair needs
- Prepare, prime, and spray to precise standards while adhering to company specifications
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently within agreed timescales
- Follow health & safety procedures rigorously
- Work collaboratively within a small team and independently when required
- Maintain high standards of workshop cleanliness and orderly record keeping
- Contribute to ongoing quality improvements and support colleagues

Candidate specifications:

- NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or ATA qualification with previous vehicle accident repair experience
- Proven experience working as an ATA Paint Sprayer within a busy Bodyshop environment
- Full UK/EU driving licence
- Strong ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments, meeting deadlines
- High attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality, compliant work
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- A team player with a proactive approach and pride in delivering customer satisfaction
- Hands-on, can-do attitude with effective communication skills
