Summary
This lovely family based in Fulham, London, is seeking an After-school Nanny to care for their two school-aged children. Fluency in English is essential for this role. The position involves all general nanny duties and supports a family with two children, aged five and seven, who have no allergies or medical requirements. The role can start as soon as possible, with some flexibility on the exact start date. Each afternoon, the first hour and a half will be dedicated to preparing for the evening, assisting with the children’s laundry, and managing school pick-ups from both schools, which are conveniently located on the same route, starting at 3:30 PM. The primary focus of this position is childcare, including spending quality time with the children after school, supervising their dinner, and supporting their bedtime routine. Additional responsibilities include cooking a simple evening meal for the family and ensuring that the living spaces remain tidy. A separate housekeeper is employed for deep cleaning. A valid first-aid qualification is required for this position.
Working hours: Monday to Friday | 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm (Family is flexible with the hours)
Duties include:
preparing healthy meals and snacks
washing and dressing the children
helping with homework
doing after school activities with the children
preparing recreational activities that will boost the children’s physical and mental development
maintaining a clean and tidy environment for the children
doing arts and crafts
taking the children to parks and playgrounds
preparing them for bed and reading them stories
