We are seeking a friendly, organised and motivated Administration Assistant to join our busy and welcoming primary school located in The Meadows, Nottingham.
This is a key front-of-house position, providing an excellent first impression for pupils, families and visitors. The successful candidate will work as part of our office team to ensure the smooth running of daily school administration.
Key responsibilities:
• Greeting pupils, parents and visitors in a warm and professional manner
• Answering telephone and email enquiries
• Supporting pupil attendance processes
• Managing incoming and outgoing post
• General administrative tasks including filing, data entry and updating school records
• Providing support to the wider school team as needed

• Has excellent communication and people skills
• Is well organised, efficient and able to multi-task
• Works well under pressure and always maintains professionalism
• Is confident using IT systems and willing to learn school software
• Has a friendly, positive and proactive approach
• Enjoys working in a role that makes a difference every day
