We are looking for someone who:
• Holds at least a Level 3 TA qualification or equivalent.
• Has experience supporting children with a range of learning needs, including SEND.
• Shows strong behaviour management, flexibility and resilience.
• Builds excellent relationships with children, staff and families, and communicates well.
• Demonstrates high standards, a supportive team ethos and commitment to our Catholic values.
• Has experience covering classes and leading learning independently.

Further details about the role
Role Details:
• Hours: 8.30am–3.45pm, Monday to Friday
• Responsible for: PPA cover across all classes, supporting teachers, leading intervention sessions, and delivering excellent pastoral care.
• Directed by a senior leader, you will deliver lessons as part of PPA, support groups and cover classes as needed.
