Pay: £14.00-£15.00 per hour
The Best Connection are recruiting an experienced MIG & TIG Welder to join a reputable and growing manufacturing company. This is a fantastic long-term opportunity with real potential for progression!
Key Responsibilities:* Perform high-quality MIG & TIG welding on mild steel, stainless steel & aluminium
* Read and interpret technical drawings
* ️ Carry out fabrication, fitting & finishing work
* ✔️ Inspect welds for accuracy, strength & quality
* Maintain a clean, safe working environment
* Proven MIG & TIG welding experience (1-2 years preferred)
* Ability to read engineering drawings
* Competent in measuring, cutting & material prep
* Strong attention to detail
* Own transport desirable (not essential)
* Weekly pay via The Best Connection
* Long-term assignment with potential to go permanent
