Your Role
As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the finance function, ensuring accurate processing and reconciliation of transactions while assisting the management accountant.
Key Duties
- Reconciling sales ledger, general ledger, bank, and credit card transactions
- Processing invoices and bank reconciliations
- Handling credit card and BACS payments
- Supporting the management accountant
- Responding to queries promptly and professionally
What You'll Bring
- At least 1 year's hands-on experience in an Accounts Assistant role
- Solid working knowledge of accounting software
- A proactive mindset and strong team-player attitude
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
