Your RoleAs a Teaching Assistant, you’ll be a key part of our pupils’ journey - supporting their learning, wellbeing, and personal development in a safe and nurturing environment.Your responsibilities will include:Supporting pupils with learning activities and care needsPromoting independence and positive behaviourBuilding warm, trusting relationships that help pupils feel safe and valuedAssisting teachers in delivering a broad, balanced, and engaging curriculumAdapting to the varied needs of pupils and being flexible in your approachWhat We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking someone who is:Compassionate, enthusiastic, and child-focusedFlexible and ready to support wherever neededCommitted to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfareEssential:GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C/Level 3 or above)Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and LearningExperience working with SENUnderstanding of safeguarding and child protectionDesirable:Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicleKnowledge of SEN, SEMH, or ASD
