Outbound Tele-researcher - Short-Term Role with Long-Term Potential
Location: South Shields (NE33)
Salary: £12.25 - £12.40 per hour
Shift Pattern: Monday - Thursday, 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
We are seeking Outbound Tele-researchers for a short-term position, with the potential to evolve into long-term work through 2026 for high-performing candidates.
Your Role:
* Conduct outbound phone surveys professionally with students who completed or withdrew from courses.
* Achieve 9-12 surveys per hour, meeting KPIs.
* Build rapport with a diverse audience, including non-native English speakers.
* Participate in training and collaborate effectively with the team.

* Strong communication skills and ability to meet targets.
* Dedication, punctuality, and professionalism.
* Experience in market research, customer service, or public interaction is a plus but not essential.
