With over 80,000 homes and a bold ambition to build more than 11,000 new homes by 2032, we’re looking for someone to support our development team in keeping our programmes on track and delivering real impact for our customers.

Reporting to the senior programme and business information manager, you will provide vital support across our development programmes. This includes producing management information, monitoring key performance indicators, preparing reports, maintaining accurate programme data, and supporting Homes England-funded schemes.

You will also help with audits, presentations, and reporting packs for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring our programmes run efficiently and effectively.

This role is full time and available as a 12 month fixed term contract. You can be based from any of our main offices in Chipping Sodbury, Tewkesbury or Wolverhampton with regular home working available.

You will have:

  • Confidence working with data, interpreting information from multiple sources, and creating clear, accurate reports
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Desirable: experience with Power BI or other reporting tools
  • No prior development or construction experience required
  • Able to complete a basic DBS check

The closing date is 10 December with interviews taking pace 17 December.

This is your chance to join a team making a tangible difference in communities across England. If you are organised, proactive, and motivated to learn, we want to hear from you.
