Summary
Location: Darlington with hybrid working (up to 3 days working in the office)We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our Change Team within the Northgate Group, playing a key role in shaping how our business evolves. This is a genuinely business-facing role, working closely with end users, operational teams, and change leaders to understand how our people work today and how we can design better processes, services and experiences for tomorrow.You will work across multiple business domains to analyse problems, identify opportunities, and define changes that deliver measurable value.
