- Managing refurbishment and adaptation projects for heritage properties, ensuring compliance with RICS and conservation standards
- Undertaking general building surveying tasks such as dilapidations, schedules of condition, and contract administration
- Working closely with clients, architects, and contractors to deliver tailored solutions that respect historical integrity while meeting modern requirements
This role offers a clear progression route toward 100% heritage and conservation work, supported by structured training and mentorship.

- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to manage projects and work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team
- Working toward MRICS or recently chartered status
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel for site inspections
What you'll get in return - A unique opportunity to specialise in heritage and conservation, with a clear pathway to becoming a sector expert
- Exposure to prestigious projects, including listed buildings and culturally significant sites
- Full support for APC and CPD, including conservation-focused training
- A flexible, modern working environment with hybrid options
- Competitive salary and benefits package
- The chance to join a consultancy that values innovation, sustainability, and client care
