We are looking foran experienced and enthusiastic Year 6 ClassTeacher to join a supportive primary school team. This is a full-classteaching role, covering maternity leave, and will involve all standard teachingresponsibilities.
Your new role
- Plan,deliver, and assess engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
- Preparepupils for end-of-Key Stage 2 assessments.
- Markwork and provide constructive feedback to support progress.
- Attendstaff meetings and contribute to the wider school community.
- Communicateeffectively with parents, including attending parents' evenings.
- Maintaina positive and inclusive classroom environment.
What you'll need to succeed
- QualifiedTeacher Status (QTS).
- Experienceteaching in Key Stage 2 (Year 6 preferred).
- Strongclassroom management and organisational skills.
- Abilityto motivate and support pupils through SATs preparation.
