About the Role:
As a Graduate Primary Teacher Assistant, you will:
• Support class teachers in delivering creative and engaging lessons.
• Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils, including those with additional learning needs.
• Assist with classroom organisation, planning, and resource preparation.
• Take part in extracurricular activities, clubs, and school events.
• Work alongside a supportive team of staff to help all pupils thrive.
Who We’re Looking For:
• A graduate (2:1 or above) in any subject.
• Someone passionate about working with children and pursuing a career in teaching.
• A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
• A reliable, punctual, and proactive team player.
• Previous experience working with children (voluntary or paid) is desirable but not essential.
