About the Role:

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support subject teachers in delivering engaging, challenging lessons across core and Humanities subjects.
• Provide 1:1 and small group support to students to boost their understanding and progress.
• Assist with lesson planning, resource preparation, and classroom management.
• Contribute to extracurricular activities, mentoring, and school events.
• Collaborate closely with experienced staff to develop your teaching practice and classroom skills.

Who We’re Looking For:

• A graduate (2:1 or above) in any subject, with a preference for those studying core subjects, Humanities, or Psychology.
• Someone enthusiastic about working with secondary school students and committed to pursuing a teaching career.
• Excellent communication skills, confident in building relationships with students and staff.
• Reliable, punctual, proactive, and eager to learn and develop professionally.
• Experience working with young people (voluntary or paid) is beneficial but not essential.
