Summary

As a Portfolio Analyst in the Transformation and Change Hub, you’ll play a key role in enabling the successful delivery of our Corporate Change Portfolio.

This role sits at the heart of the Transformation and Change Directorate, supporting the strategic oversight of major programmes and projects. You’ll work closely with project teams, senior leaders, and stakeholders to ensure change initiatives are aligned to organisational priorities and delivered effectively. Your analysis and insight will help inform decisions, monitor cumulative change impact, and identify opportunities to improve delivery outcomes.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining key portfolio artefacts, supporting governance forums, and helping embed project delivery best practice across the organisation. This is a dynamic and collaborative role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about enabling change that makes a real difference.

The Crown Prosecution Service is based in England and Wales.
