As the Engineering Manager, you will lead the engineering team responsible for the engineering function in its entirety, ensuring engineering excellence is achieved across the site.
This role will involve leading CAPEX projects and driving a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organisation. You will analyse the data and present ideas, ways of working, and results to the executive team, directing plans to improve processes across the factory.
To succeed in this position, you should be a seasoned leader with an influential management style, capable of coaching and mentoring your team. Our client seeks a dynamic leader who possesses ambition, speed, troubleshooting skills, and an innovative approach to contribute to the company’s growth.
To be considered for this role, you must have engineering management experience within the FMCG sector and be a qualified multi-skilled engineer with both mechanical and electrical knowledge.
