Summary
Do you love bringing a smile to someone’s face and creating moments that matter? At Cwrt Mytton, we’re looking for a passionate Engagement Coordinator who thrives on making life fun, meaningful, and full of connection. This is a role where your creativity, energy, and warmth will be celebrated every single day. You’ll have the chance to build relationships with our residents, their families, and the wider community, helping people feel happy, engaged, and part of something special. If you’re ready to bring your ideas and enthusiasm to a role that truly makes a difference, we would love to hear from you.
About the Role
As our Engagement Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our residents’ daily lives, planning and delivering a wide range of activities that are as fun as they are meaningful. From lively group sessions and creative clubs to one-to-one interactions, themed events, and exciting trips out into the community, every activity is designed to promote wellbeing, independence, and social connection. You’ll have the opportunity to get to know each resident personally, helping them pursue their goals, form friendships, and enjoy life to the fullest. You’ll also support our team to deliver activities confidently, manage resources, and ensure every session is accessible and enjoyable. With each day bringing something new, you’ll never run out of ways to inspire joy and engagement.
About You
We’re looking for someone who genuinely loves working with people and can bring energy, creativity, and a positive attitude to everything they do. You’ll enjoy creating fun and meaningful experiences, building strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues, and leading activities that encourage social interaction and personal growth.
You’re organised, confident, and able to plan and deliver sessions independently, but you also love being part of a supportive, collaborative team. Above all, you are passionate about wellbeing, social engagement, and making life more fulfilling for others. Your enthusiasm, kindness, and dedication will help you thrive in this rewarding role.
