Summary
Our fantastic team in Mauchline are on the lookout for compassionate individuals with a positive attitude to join them as Complex Needs Practitioners Level 1!
This state of the art housing project will provide responsive support through on-site 24/7 staffing.
We also have openings to provide direct 1:1 support to individuals moving into their new homes!
You don't need experience in care to start your career with us; we recruit on values and transferrable skills. We’ll give you all the training you need to be an amazing Support Practitioner including a fully funded SVQ.
However, due to the requirements of these services we are currently only able to consider female candidates.
Happily we can accept non drivers for these posts however please be aware that you would be required to be able to get to the service for 7am starts for early shifts and get home from 11pm on a back shift.
This is a full time post consisting of 39hrs per week. Evening, weekend and nightshift work is required.

The Role:
As a Support Practitioner, you will assist individuals living in their own homes with disabilities and/or additional support needs in all aspects of their daily lives, including support with medication and finances, housework, meal preparation, cooking and personal care.
The people we support have a variety of different hobbies which we’ll be looking to you to take an active interest in, from going out for a tasty bite or catching the latest movie to a gym session or group activity, the list is endless.
