We are seeking a skilled and qualified Electrician to join our team, responsible for performing scheduled inspections, preventative and corrective maintenance, repairs, adjustments, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical systems and equipment.
This role requires a strong understanding of electrical processes and the ability to work in compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
Perform scheduled inspections, preventative and corrective maintenance, and repairs on electrical systems and equipment.
Observe systems in operation to detect failures and troubleshoot malfunctions using diagrams, manuals, and test instruments.
Dismantle devices, remove defective parts, and inspect components for compliance with specifications.
Test and calibrate systems to ensure proper operation using precision measuring instruments.
Issue permits to work for high-risk activities and monitor contractor compliance with safety standards.
Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records, review work orders, and estimate time and materials for tasks.
Order necessary materials and supplies, ensuring cost awareness and timely completion of work.
Suggest improvements and innovations to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Fully electrically qualified (18th Edition, C&G/NVQ Electrical Installations, AM2; additional qualifications are a bonus).
Strong understanding of electrical processes and systems.
Ideally experienced in electrical maintenance within the FM sector and multi-site environments.
Ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain high service standards.
Committed to safety, compliance, and delivering quality work.
Valid UK driving licence (essential for travel between sites).
