The Best Connection are currently seeking a reliable and skilled Glass Cutter / Glass Toughener to join a well-established manufacturing team. This role offers long-term stability and the opportunity to work within a specialised production environment.
Key Responsibilities:-
Setting and operating glass cutting machinery

Safely moving large sections of glass to the correct workstations

Overseeing the heat-treatment process using an enclosed furnace
-
Shrink-wrapping finished products in preparation for dispatch
-
Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient working environment
-
Previous experience within a glass cutting or manufacturing environment is highly desirable
-
Confidence handling large glass panels and operating machinery
-
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
-
Good physical fitness due to manual handling requirements

Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Passing a drugs/alcohol test
